QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a production plant.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heating systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly creative with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Experience in managing blue-collar employees.
• Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of process management.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Willingness to travel if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Dunapack Packaging in Adana Plant, a leading company in the corrugated board industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining all maintenance operations, preparing process flow diagrams, and identifying key points, values, and tolerances.
• Leading and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of machines and personnel under their supervision.
• Executing mechanical equipment installations, periodic and preventive maintenance, and lubrication processes as scheduled.
• Planning and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues at all production stages and implementing corrective actions to ensure long-term solutions.
