Production Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related engineering fields,

• A master’s degree is an asset,

• Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in the corrugated board industry,

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),

• Strong MS Office skills,

• Creative and analytical mindset with a proactive approach,

• Strong teamwork and communication skills,

• No travel restrictions,

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• Preferably residing in Adana.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Production Engineer for our corrugated board and packaging plant in Adana. This role will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing blue-collar teams in line with production plans and budgets,

• Monitoring and improving production efficiency, waste management, and raw material usage,

• Collaborating with the maintenance team for machine line repairs,

• Collaborating with the quality team for customer satisfaction,

• Planning and managing investment and maintenance budgets,

• Overseeing quality, environmental, energy, and occupational health & safety (OHS) management Systems.
