Customer Service Specialist

Do you have the following skills?

- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales - Customer Relations
- Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
- Excellent sales, communication and relationship skills - Knowledge of the English language at an average leve

Your responsibilities will be:

- Manages the Dunapack Client Portfolio for assigned clients
- Coordinates customer orders with the help of the computer system (CPMS), taking into account customer requirements
- Confirms the manufacturing and delivery deadlines to the customer and ensures their compliance - Manages customer complaints and proposes solutions
- Offers solutions to optimize sales prices and commercial margin
- Develops the commercial offer (including price calculations) and develops collaboration contracts for new clients
- Permanently maintains contact with sales agents, design technicians and production planning for the smooth execution of orders
- Follows the organization of the transport/ DAP loadings/ delivery to the customer,
- Complete the sheets for the new products and communicate with the Construction and Design department in this regard, for the assigned customers
- Resolve the financial situations of the assigned customers: proforma invoices, unblocking, standard and cliche invoices, pallet tracking, debt recovery
