  • Gestioneaza Portofoliul de Clienti Dunapack pentru zona alocata.
  • Coordoneaza comenzile de la client cu ajutorul sistemului informatic (CPMS) tinand cont de cerintele clientilor (Introduce comenzile in sistem pentru clientii alocati).
  • Se asigura de corectitudinea datelor din Master Data Customer: customer rating, toleranta cantitativa de productie si livrare; modalitate si setari cost transport; pallet accounting; setare organization details (persoana DU; persoana contact); setare procent rebate; setarile fiscale care trebuie sa corespunda cu reglementarile legale. Totodata se adapteaza la toate cerintele companiei si legale din RO, privind setarile acestor parametrii.
  • Confirma catre client termenele de fabricatie si de livrare si se asigura de respectarea acestora
  • Gestioneaza reclamatiile clientilor si propune solutii
  • Ofera solutii de optimizare a preturilor de vanzare si a marjei comerciale
  • Emite oferta comerciala catre client si furnizeaza datele necesare intocmirii contractelor cadru de colaborare pentru clientii noi.
  • Mentine permanent legatura cu agentii de vanzari, proiectantii si planificarea productiei pentru executarea in bune conditii a comenzilor
  • Urmareste stocurile existente si propune solutii de valorificare pentru stocurile cu termen de livrare depasit
  • Urmareste organizarea transportului/ incarcarile DAP/EXW si livrarea la client,
  • Monitorizeaza stadiul urgentelor clientilor si comunica cu Departamentul Logistica, ca acestea sa se incarce prioritar.
  • Face comenzile de cooperare/trading goods/interplant si urmareste stadiul acestora
  • Rezolva situatiile financiare ale clientilor alocati: facturi proforme, deblocari, facturi stante si cliesee, urmarire paleti, recuperarea debitelor
