• Alignment of the Dunapack Lean framework and strategy within the community of Lean coordinators
• Establish and continuously improve the Lean framework for effective prioritization of local activities
• Contributes to driving Lean Business Transformation across all functional areas
• Coaching local Lean Practitioners and improving cross-functional processes
• Lean Value Stream Management
• Co-build and lead process management
• Supports improvements and aligned minimum standards
• Together with other practitioners ensures the sustainability of the tools implemented and the improvements made
• Process visualization and mapping
• Transparently practice identifying and reducing waste as defined by Lean
