JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team at our Bolintin Deal Plant:

Making marketing analysis and commercial strategy

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer portfolio.

Developing and implementing the company's sales plan.

Organizing and coordinating the activity of the Sales Department (Sales, Customer Relations, Construction & Design departments)

Setting up performance objectives for the subordinate staff (KPI definition and monitoring)

Developing Customer Portfolio by identifying strategic partners
-
Analyzing potential clients from the point of view of solvency, specific procedures, quality standards and organizational culture as well as the agreed relationship

Developing and implementing the company's product marketing strategy, according to Prinzhorn Group vision

Representing the company at external events in accordance with the public relations policy, vision and mission of the company

Analyzing and deciding on bids, contracts, and orders in accordance with internal procedures, agreed legal aspects and agreed workflow

Managing the budget of the Sales department
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Mnimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
-
Good at speaking and writing skills in English

Having comprehensive knowledge in MS Office tools ( word, excel , etc.)

Excellent sales, communication and relationship skills
