Main Responsibilities
- Prospecting the market for potential business client
- Identification of the packaging portfolio required by the client in terms of quality and quantity, based on internal production capacity and technological flow characteristics
- Configuration of the offer in relation to the packaging solutions required by the client and cost criteria
- Presentation of the offer and its negotiation within the internally agreed limits
- Manage of the existing Client Portfolio
- Creation and negotiation of new or existing contracts based on internal standard contracts
- Monitoring compliance with client requirements considering the proposed packaging solutions and internal capacities
- Adaptation/optimization of the proposed packaging solutions to the needs and specific functioning analyzed for the targeted client
- Processing complaints and managing communications to the client in these situations, in collaboration with the Quality Department
- Manages and maintains the platforms agreed by the group for multinational clients (SEDEX, ECOVADIS, ACHILES).
- Participates in audits of multinational clients, proposes measures to improve the activity to meet the demands of the company's partners
- Contributes to our culture of continuous improvement, pursuing excellence in every field
