Candidatul ideal:
 
    - Minimum 5 ani experienta in vanzari in ndustria hartiei sau a cartonului 
    - Permis conducere cat.B cu experienta minim 5 ani
 

Main Responsibilities

Realizarea bugetului anual de incasari urmarind atingerea marjei de profit, volumului de vazare (in m²) si caracteriscilor tehnice ale produselor din portofoliu

Analiza noilor clienti din punct de vedere al indicatorilor de creditare, volum de productie, cifra de faceri, imagine in piata, etc.

Identificarea portofoliului de ambalaje necesare clientului din punct de vedere al calitatii si cantitatii, pe baza capacitatii interne de productie si a caracteristicilor fluxului tehnologic

Configurarea ofertei in relatie cu solutiile de ambalare necesare clientului si criterii de cost

Prezentare ofertei si negocierea ei in limitele agreate intern

Administrarea Portofoliului de Clienti existent

Comunicare prealabila a eventualelor intarzieri sau modificari aparute in relatie cu portofoliul de clienti administrat si mentinerea unei bune colaborari in toate contextele

Crearea si negocierea contractelor noi sau existente pe baza contractelor standard interne

Urmarirea respectarii cerintelor clientului avand in vedere solutiile de ambalare propuse si capacitatile interne

Adaptarea/ optimizarea solutiilor de ambalare propuse la nevoile si specificul functionarii analizat pentru clientului vizat

Aplicarea principiilor B2B, a Politicii de Vanzari a Dunapack Rambox si reprezentarea companiei conform principiilor de imagine si a codului de conduita agreat

Updatarea bazelor de date CPMS si Click View cu datele referitoare la clienti din portofoliul de care raspunde

Prelucrarea reclamatiilor si gestionarea comunicarilor catre client in aceste situatii, in colaborare cu Departamentul Calitate

Gestioneaza si intretine platformele agreate de grup pentru clientii multinational (SEDEX, ECOVADIS, ACHILES).

Participa la auditurile clientilor multinationali, propune masuri de imbunatatire a activitatii pentru a raspunde la exigentele partenerilor companiei
