Production Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering,
• Min 2 years production experience, preferably corrugated board fields,
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
• Good command of MS Office,
• Strongly creative with an analytical mind, able to use initiative,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• Knowledge of managing the process,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably, resident in Eskişehir,

JOB DESCRIPTION

For our corrugated board and packaging  Plant in Eskişehir, we are looking for an Production Engineer. This role will be responsible for;

• Manage blue collars according to production plans and budgets,
• Development of short and medium-term strategies to achieve operational KPIs (daily, monthly and annual),
• Monitor and improve the department's production performance, waste performance and raw material usage,
• Planning and realisation of the primary maintenance activities together with the maintenance department,
• Manage the management systems such as Quality, Environment, Energy, OHS etc.
