QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Business Administration,
• Minimum 4 years of experience at FMCG, Packaging environment in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management,
• Good understanding of Supply Chain practices, mainly import&export operations and procurement,
• Good understanding and managerial experience of Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Know-how of Supply Chain related systems and technologies (ERP, SAP and TMS)
• Knowledge of procurement trends,
• Worked within matrix organizational model,
• Good communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a ‘Procurement (Import) Specialist’ to join our team at our Istanbul(Ataşehir) Headquarters;

• Managing procurement activities especially for import & export processes.
• Ensure all the items are procured within strategies and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all the targets as like; savings, cash flow and others are agreed & achieved.
• Manage all the DP Turkey plants procurement needs within region Turkey.
• Manage all activities are complying with respected laws.
• Ensure to have the right quantity ordered and delivered in order to fulfill the needs of the customers without increasing stocks as for the items.
• Ensure all indirect items are procured within company procurement strategies and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all the targets as like; savings, cash flow and others are agreed & achieved.
• Ensure to have the right quantity ordered and delivered in order to fulfill the needs of the customers without increasing stocks.
• Maximizing the benefits to bundle the opp. by having market /supplier knowledge in cooperation with Lead buyers.
