Head of Sales Administration (m/w/d) 

YOU WILL.

Tasks

  • Full responsibility for the department: internal sales – strategic, operational, cross-departmental, cross-border (Germany/Austria/Hungary)
  • Ensure and control internal processes  
  • Advancing the digitisation process in internal sales 
  • Management of one team with 6 direct reports and a team size of 20 people 
  • Analyse relevant key figures and key measures for achieving objectives 
  • Sales management & target implementation
  • Performance- & KPI-Management
  • interface management

Qualifications 

  • Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, University, ...)  
  • Several years of experience in the sale of technical products 
  • Leadership skills and experience in coaching or guiding employees 
  • Business management knowledge, particularly in costing, margin and sales analysis 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident manner (also at management level) 
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working in a complex sales environment 
  • Strategic and solution-oriented thinking, including an out-of-the-box approach 
  • High service orientation and strong social skills in dealing with team members 
  • Fluent language skills in English (knowledge of German advantageous) 
  • travel activity 30%
