Our next Customer Service team member will support:

 

       Building customer relations:

  • Provide accurate quotations and follow up with clients when necessary;
  • Timely attend customer questions, complaints, and concerns  and generate effective solutions;
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships;
  • Support sales plan by actively approaching the customers on a regular base.

 

      In-house communication

  • Process, monitor, and analyze sales orders;
  • Translate customer needs to internal operations and challenge our design team;
  • Oversee customer accounts, ensuring collections and adjustments are within contracted levels.


Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor /Master degree in Economics or related /university students in their last year are also appropriate/;
  • Excellent communication abilities to present our products and collect customer requirements;
  • Results oriented attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
  • Organizational and analytical skills;
  • Daily usage of digital tools;
  • Fluent command of Bulgarian and English in writing and speaking;
  • Loyal and positive attitude to fit our diverse team.
