Dunapack Rodina, based in Plovdiv, since 1962, is now looking for: Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service team member, You will work intensely with all other department teams and our customers,  to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction:

Building customer relations:
Provide accurate quotations and follow up with clients when necessary;
Timely attend customer questions, complaints, and concerns and generate effective solutions;
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships;
Support sales plan by actively approaching the customers on a regular base.

In-house communication

Active presence in office with daily onsite meetings with other departments;

Process, monitor, and analyze sales orders;

Translate customer needs to internal operations and challenge our packaging construction and design team;

Focus on continuous improvement policies and behavours within the duites;

Oversee customer accounts, ensuring collections and adjustments are within contracted levels.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
Bachelor /Master degree in Economics or related /university students in their last year are also appropriate/;
Excellent communication abilities to present our products and collect customer requirements;
Results oriented attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
Organizational and analytical skills;
Daily usage of digital tools, MS Office usage on excellent level and comfortable with MS Teams;
Fluent command of Bulgarian and English in writing and speaking;
Loyal and positive attitude to fit our diverse team.
