Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv (Dunapack Rodina), based in Plovdiv, since 1962, is now looking for:
HR Specialist, with strong focus on payroll (Maternity leave cover), to play a key role in supporting all aspects of our HR & Payroll function.
Our new team member, for the role of an HR specialist with focus on Payroll, will have to understand operational priorities, being able to learn fast, adapt and give proposals for improvements as part of our enthusiastic and flexible HR team.
The position is based in Plovdiv.
Your responsibilities:
- Payroll preparation, execution and reporting;
- Support in staff cost budget preparation;
- Preparation of all types of internal HR documentation, in compliance with the labor legislation, company policies and GDPR;
- Organization and maintenance of personnel records and updating internal databases
- Participation in the full lifecycle processes of our employees;
- Full support for internal initiatives, company events organization, HR process and policy improvements;
- Providing support to the management and employees, with legislation knowledge and keeping track of holidays, sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, and other HR related topics;
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in HRM, Law or related)
- Fluent English and Bulgarian, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- 2 years of professional experience as payroll (is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Omeks payroll is strong advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is strong advantage
- Good knowledge in Labour Law and Social Insurance Code
