"Dunapack Rodina" AD is based in Plovdiv, and in Bulgaria we are a market leader in the design, production and trade of corrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard packaging, with over 60 years of history.

We are hiring:

Shift Leader

• Responsible for achieving high productivity without compromising on quality;
• Organizes, manages and controls production activities and deadlines for order fulfillment and the normal flow of the work process in the respective shift;
• Organizes the activities of the operators in the shift, according to the set priorities and performs work specified by the relevant instructions, regulations and prescriptions Responsible for observing work discipline in the assigned shift;
• Responsible for adequate and effective ionboarding process of new employees in the assigned shift;
• Takes part in the preparation of schedules and daily updates;
• Controsl compliance with the production process technology and product quality;
• Organizes and controls daily cleaning and maintenance of machines, order and cleanliness in the production workshop;
• Participates in the implementation and effective use of all applicable Lean practices
• Takes an active part in the processes of continuous improvement of key performance indicators;
• Reports the need for additional qualifications of the assigned team;
• Builds a culture of teamwork and mutual assistance;
• Contributes to our culture of continuous improvement, striving for excellence in every area;

To succeed, you must:

• Possess a proved experience in a similar position;
• Higher education in the field of engineering or economics is a serious advantage;
• Technical education related to the use of machines and equipment is a serious advantage;
• Speak and write in English on an excelent level;
• Use MS Office, MS Teams, as well as have experience in working with ERP;
• Be a responsible, disciplined and proactive person;
• Have excellent organizational skills and very good analytical skills;
• Be able to work together and build a team;
