Main Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the activity and performance of Construction & Design Department, as well for development of new products and solutions to increase the customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Leads innovation projects, based upon customer specific needs and market insights, to generate profitable growth for both customers and PC.
- Manages the department to comply with quality policy and targets within budget.
- Leads regular cost –saving negotiations with production tool suppliers.
- Coordinates the cooperation between Production and Construction and Design in order to continuously improve production efficiency of badly running orders
- Technical solution management
- Manufacturing tool management
Experience

Min. 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment

Previous experience in packaging industry represents an advantage

Experience in management of a team

General paper and packaging industry knowledge represents an advantage.
