QUALIFICATIONS
- University Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other related discipline,
- At least 3 years of automation experience,
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken,
- Knowledge about AutoCAD and PLC (Siemens, Schneider),
- Excellent command of MS Office,
- Having B class driving licences,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for an Automation Engineer. This role will be responsible for;
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems in paper production lines,
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and automation-related faults to minimize downtime,
- Managing PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems used in paper mill operations,
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities,
- Maintaining electrical systems including MV/LV networks, transformers, generators, drives (VFD), motors, and MCC panels,
- Supporting commissioning, modernization, and capacity expansion projects,
- Analysing root causes of failures and implementing continuous improvement actions,
- Monitoring energy efficiency and power quality in the plant,
- Preparing technical documentation, reports, and maintenance procedures,
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards,
- Coordinating with production, mechanical maintenance, and external service providers.
