QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- At least 2 years of work experience as a maintenance engineer in a production area,
- Good communication skills in English,
- Knowledge of Autocad and MS Office Programs,
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heat systems is an asset,
- Having a strong creative with an analytical mind,
- Experience in blue-collar management,
- Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
- Have the ability to coordinate,
- Having a B Class driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for a Mechanic Maintenance Engineer. This role will be responsible for;
- Lead and oversee maintenance teams to ensure all maintenance operations are executed efficiently and without disruption.
- Ensure all maintenance activities fully comply with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee the complete and accurate execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve reliable maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate complex maintenance and installation activities, ensuring proper planning and cross‑functional alignment.
- Introduce and implement innovative practices aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing overall maintenance costs.
- Translate corporate objectives into departmental targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance function.
- Monitor maintenance performance and provide monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a strong team culture by encouraging collaboration, communication, and shared accountability.
- Identify training needs within the team and support the development of employees through targeted training and upskilling initiatives.
