Work and Fire Safety Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or other relevant subject area,
• At least 3 years of experience in production fields,
• Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety training, ISO 14001 Management Systems,
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
• Having C- Class Health and Safety certificate,
• Preferably, have experience in managing process in treatment facilities,
• No travel restrictions,
• Having B Class driving license,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably, resident in Tekirdağ(Corlu, Muratlı), Kırklareli( Lüleburgaz).

JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for an Work and Fire Safety Officer. This role will be responsible for;

• Develop Environmental, Health & Safety procedures, programs, and systems at our paper mills,
• Conduct & manage Health & Safety training for all site personnel,
• Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings,
• Conduct & manage self-assessments to ensure compliance with all local regulations and company standards,
• Coordinate with all levels of the facility to determine EH&S solutions for business issues on a day-to-day basis,
• Perform risk assessments about current and potential circumstances, especially on tooling,
• Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management System,
