Main tasks:
- Provide financial advice to the company's managers to enable them to achieve the assumed objectives.
- Proactively monitor the business performance to ensure financial/operational trends and issues are clearly highlighted and communicated early, working effectively with other departments to drive improvements
- Analysis and interpretation of revenue, cost, margin and ROI (Return on Investment) variance to identified performance drives / improvements opportunities
- To run all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Finance function. This will cover everything from GL, AP, AR, tax, banking, accounts preparation and business partnering.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Own the business planning and forecasting cycle. Ensure that the right KPIS are in place to track progress to deliver financial targets whilst highlighting and driving profit improvements through growth and cost reduction and control.
- Develop and implement an internal control system to ensure that the company complies with external legal and internal group regulations
- Inspire and lead the finance, IT and procurement teams, promoting a culture of excellence and value-added business partnering
- Deliver the annual cash flow plan and deal with all cash related matters (bank, hedging)
- Lead with excellence by embodying the Group's core values and the Division's five pillars,fostering a positive mindset, a high-performance team, and a culture of mutual respect.
- Co-operation with all tax authority, banks, external advisors and financial authorities.
- Managing Working Capital, AP and AR and improve the cash conversion
- Managing, motivating and developing the Finance team to ensure a focus on delivering the correct transactional tasks and value-added business partnering
Additional tasks:
- A key member of the local management team driving the strategic planning and performance of the business by the provision of effective analysis, modelling and advice.
- Drive process improvement within the department, with increased automation and a far more paperless function.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, internal policies and ethical standards.
- Active creating a culture of compliance
- Review contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these provide the best added value to the company.
- Improving financial controls, processes, driving automation and systems to enable effectiveness and efficiency will be hugely important.

- Full responsibility for all finance and administrational processes and continually following Group/Division standards and minimum level of preconditions for it on a daily level to support company strategy & business focus points and be faster as a decision maker.
- Supplying both external and internal customers with outstanding knowledge, skills and dedication, while keeping focused on the strategic goals of the company.
- Budget responsibility for all expenses and costs of the Finance department.
- Ensuring transparent and legally compliant business practices and acting as a role model for business ethics.
- Development of local team with continuous work and improvement on team members competence (eg. by using FIT, CoP works)

Relevant relations to other functions:
- Collaboration with Logistics, QM, Production, Finance, Procurement, HR, IT Collaboration with Divisional Controlling and Finance organization (eg. Reporting, Controlling)
- Collaboration with Prinzhorn Group (eg. Treasury; IT; PCA )
