Eurobox has been Poland's leading corrugated packaging manufacturer for several decades, and is looking for a new employee for the following position.

IT Manager

Main tasks:

· Implement the Division IT strategy

· Establish and enforce IT processes - asset records, access, file structure, IT security policies

· Managing and developing the company's IT infrastructure in Poland

· Manage and control the purchase, use and maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment

· Oversee network and telecommunications services from external companies

· Ensuring the human and material resources for the operation of the unit

· Leads and provides professional support to the IT colleagues assigned to the unit

· Ensuring compliance with data protection rules

· Prepares, monitors and implements the IT business plan and investment plan

· Represents the organisation to divisional and group IT organisations

Requirements:

· University degree in engineering, preferably IT

· Min. 5 years of professional experience, min. 3 years management experience in a manufacturing company

· Fluency in English (Polish is essential)

· Good communication and team leadership skills

· Customer-oriented mindset

· Precise, creative and solution-oriented personality
