In order to strengthen our Divisional Finance Team, we are looking for a
Divsion Finance Expert (m/f/d)
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
- Preparation, validation, and analysis of financial and non-financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting cycles
- Support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives
- Cost center controlling for Division Management, including planning, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate cost allocations across the organization
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to align financial plans, provide insights, and support decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations
- Identification and implementation of process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation opportunities within finance operations
- Support for the implementation and continuous enhancement of digital finance tools and reporting solutions for improved financial transparency and performance management
- Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Previous experience in a Controlling (CO) function
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools (Power BI) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Communication skills: English (obligatory), German (highly beneficial) written and spoken
