In order to strengthen our group service team we are looking for a

 

Group IT Service Lead (m/f/d)

 

YOU WILL.

MAIN TASKS

 

  • In this role you are responsible for providing synergetic IT services for the whole group. This includes especially the daily operation of applications, support for users, application management and provision of data center services.
  • Manage, support and develop a team of three direct reports (25 FTEs in total IT-Service)
  • Develop the IT Service strategy and roadmap further (service catalogue, standards, SLA, best practices ...)
  • Enhance the customer focus by maintaining core values and principles
  • Improve customer satisfaction and reduce expenses through service process and technology innovation (e.g. ITSM-tool)
  • Proactively serve as a “trusted advisor,” and act as the primary IT point of contact to stakeholders (Divisions, top-management and other internal functions)
  • Define, implement and continuously improve IT-processes such as incident management and service request processes
  • Select, negotiate with external partners for delivering the outsourced IT services
  • Responsible for consolidation and monitoring of yearly IT Service budget
  • Participate in the IT Service resources allocation and align them to the business priorities and needs
  • Serve as last level of escalation within IT Services
  • Provide inspired leadership and develop a high performing managerial team

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed education with IT focus (HTL, FH, Uni)
  • 10 years in an IT Service Management, IT Support or IT Operations position, ideally in an international company with complex application environment
  • 5 years management experience
  • Fluent level of German and/or English language
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (ITIL)
  • Broad overall IT knowledge
  • Strong customer service, relationship building and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile and collaborative mindset and working culture
