In order to strengthen our Group HR team we are looking for a
Group Learning and Development Specialist (m/f/d)
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
- Overview Learning at Prinzhorn Group in the dimensions of volume, topics, costs
- Ensure learning actions and measures for all HR processes
- Groupwide Module Owner of SAP SuccessFactors LMS (incl. implementation, documentation, administration of groupwide and divisional trainings, ticketing and training of learning admins)
- Owner of the Group level content creation tool(s), incl. content creation for groupwide topics
- In charge of implementing and managing MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) providers, like LinkedIn Learning
- Coordinate learning related projects on the Group and divisional level
- Act as a consultant of e-learning topics for Divisions, country HRs, other stakeholders: assess needs, research, benchmark and recommend solutions
- Manage groupwide instructor-led training academies, including provider selection and training organization
- Establish a learning related digital measurement system (KPIs) for Group reporting, incl. ESG reporting
Requirements
- University degree specialized in HR/Organizational Development
- At least 5+ years in Learning and Development in an International background is a plus
- Learning content creation and Training delivery
- Learning Management System (preferably SAP Success Factors)
- Used at least 1 content creation tool (AI focused)
- Create and implement digital learning strategy
- Understanding of business needs and translate this to learning possibilities
- Ability to plan, handle multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Be able to work in a team and drive projects alone
- Fluent English

- Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at € 50.000,-.
