Group Learning & Development Specialist

 

effective immidiately

 

YOU WILL.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Ultimate owner of Learning & Development at Prinzhorn Group overseeing volume, topics, costs and measures
  • Serve as the owner of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, providing 1st level support
  • Manage group-wide Training Academies
  • Understand business needs and translate them into learning opportunities
  • Plan and manage multiple projects with various stakeholders
  • Establish a digital measurement system (KPIs) for learning-related Group reporting
  • Own and manage content creation tools
  • Oversee Learning & Development budget planning on the Group level
  • Act as a consultant on e-learning topics for Divisions, Country HRs and other stakeholders
  • Organise and deliver trainings, including provider selection

 

Requirements:

  • University degree with a focus on HR or Organizational Development
  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a big advantage
  • “Train the trainer” education
  • Fluency in English
  • International experience or background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and drive projects alone
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid command of MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
