IT Expert - Group IT Service (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

• Analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests together with outsourcing partners and/or internal teams with focus on Group IT Applications
• IT-Support of internal and external driven projects within Prinzhorn Group
• Support IT-related tasks as part of regular reporting and monitoring
• Oversee and support the implementation of IT processes as well as their troubleshooting and improvement
• Possibility to take over responsibility for other applications incl. further enhancements

Requirements

• Professional experience in IT service desk or application management
• Knowledge of working with a service ticket tool is an advantage (ITIL)
• Experience in industry (manufacturing) and state-of-the art IT tools is an advantage
• Balancing and consensus-oriented team player with hands-on mentality and proactive work style
• Joy in error fixing and problem solving
• Very good command English, German is an advantage
• Degree in computer science, economics or equivalent experience
• Willing and used to work in a complex and challenging environment
