SAP Product Owner (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

• Establish product ownership over SAP product portfolio
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders & customers to gather requirements, manage expectations, & ensure alignment with business objectives
• Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Squad
• Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts to support the ongoing evolution and innovation of the product
• Backlog Management: Prioritise & maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the highest-priority features & enhancements
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Squad, providing clear direction & guidance on project requirements & priorities
• Staffing Squad, long & short term, based on expertise requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or at least 7+ years of experience in IT with SAP delivery or consulting
• Detailed and comprehensive overview of the relevant SAP products (FI, CO, MM, SD)
• Relevant agile framework education & certification advantageous
• Previous experience within a multi-cultural, multi-language organization advantageous
• Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Leadership & project management experience, people management experience is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation through collaboration & influence
• Full professional proficiency English language skills. German and other CEE languages advantageous
